Tribunal Claims

Law 4 Less can either handle, represent or advise on any issue relating to a tribunal claim.

Unfair Dismissal

Failure to follow any of the Procedures or Unfair Grounds to Terminate employment will lead to a finding of Unfair Dismissal by a Tribunal.

Constructive Dismissal

An employee who believes their employer significantly Breached  their Contract allowing them to Resign and claim Unfair Dismissal. 

Wrongful Dismissal

Breach of Contract claim often brought when employee has under One Years Service.

Unfair Redundancy

Qualifies as Unfair Dismissal and used for unfair selection, unfair procedure or replacement of a redundant position.

Discrimination

Sex, age, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability

Breach of Contract

Failure to follow statutory procedures or  breach of term or condition of employment

Unlawful Deduction of Wages

Reclaiming overpayment of wages, recouping damages or losses or failing to pay at end of employment are examples of this type of claim.

Assertion of Statutory Rights

Being dismissed, harassed, bullied or discriminated against for asserting statutory right such as holiday or sickness, having a contract of employment or parental leave.
